Last week, we joined 626 exhibitors for a record-breaking edition of Hillhead – the UK’s largest construction, quarrying, and recycling exhibition! Over the three days, we welcomed thousands of visitors to Hillhead Quarry, Buxton, to see first-hand the industry’s exciting new innovations.

Industry-Leading Five-Year Warranty
Our five-year extended warranty took centre stage on stand this year, supported by a series of touchpoints that celebrated the offering, including branded football shirts, product tags, warranty-themed beers and a 5pm drinks reception. Proving popular among dealers and plant hire companies, our industry-first extended coupler warranty provides fit and forget confidence that cannot be achieved elsewhere.
Charity Support
A major focus for the Miller stand this year was our fundraising efforts for the Lighthouse Construction Charity. The charity – the only one of its kind in the UK – provides vital physical, emotional, and financial support to construction workers and their families.
In support of the cause, and back by popular demand after selling out in 2024, we sold branded footballs and mini bucket models, with all proceeds going to the charity. We also showcased our new special-edition bucket, branded in the charity’s iconic purple and featuring its #MakeItVisible initiative. Thank you to our customers, SANY UK and Hitachi Construction Machinery, for also showcasing these buckets and helping us spread awareness.
Live Demos and Customer Support
Our GTT tilting coupler once again proved popular with visitors, demonstrated on a JCB 25Z-1 kindly provided by Flannery Plant Hire. Visitors were able to see first-hand its 180° rotation capabilities, highlighting how compact machines can be optimised for maximum versatility. This year’s demo area also featured a micro-Takeuchi machine, supplied by Buckhurst Plant Hire.
It was also great to spot our attachments across so many of our customers’ stands, a big thank you to SANY UK & Ireland, Hyundai Construction Equipment, SDLG, LiuGong, Hitachi Construction Machinery, Takeuchi, Liebherr, DEVELON, and SMT for featuring our attachments.
Innovation Hub
Visitors to the stand were among the first to witness Miller’s latest innovations – designed to maximise machine productivity and drive fuel savings – set for future launch. Keep your eyes out for more exciting sneak peeks on our socials.
