WORKING AROUND YOUR NEEDS
We understand how important it is to keep attachments working at maximum efficiency. As such, we deliver emergency and planned field response service – available nationwide – 7 days a week. This means that we react quickly to any issues that our customers have providing immediate or prearranged support.
Our experienced field service technicians are highly skilled in troubleshooting attachments and, in most cases, provide a permanent solution whilst onsite, allowing machines to resume to full operation. If further work is required offsite, we can arrange for equipment to be sent to our facilities – with free loan attachments available – ensuring we deliver a solution with a quick turnaround time.
MOBILE WELDING CAPABILITIES
GEARED UP TO REDUCE YOUR DOWNTIME
Our fleet of vans hold site generators to run MIG & MMA welding, oxy fuel welding and cutting equipment, as well as power supply for all necessary tools. Comprising beacons, they are armoured to go anywhere, on any jobsite.
All our field service team possess quarry passports and NPORS tickets. For customers ease, they will always come fully prepared onto any site with all necessary documentation from risk assessments and method statements through to employers’ liability and health and safety certification, as well as proof of competency.
